Easter 1954!
Yep, it's ME!
My Mother, Thelma, made the dress, every stitch,
and I am sitting on little nylon socks with lace around the edges,
and patent leather shoes that covered my entire foot!
The flowers are azaleas that we grew, I honestly thought their blooming was connected to Easter!
PS~~ Note the gloves!! I also had a hat and *pocketbook*, don't know where, but rest assured I had one and more than likely had a *half* stick of green Wrigley gum and a kleenex in the purse, maybe a nickle too for Sunday School!
