Cee Dub came out of the woods so to speak, in the fall of 1998 when he filmed the first eight segments for hisPublic Television Series, Dutch Oven and Camp Cooking,produced by KWSU in Pullman, Washington. At that time Cee Dub still wore the grey and green uniform of a Idaho Conservation Officer and filmed those first episodes between back country horse patrols of Idaho's Gospel Hump Wilderness Area. Those first shows began airing in March of 1999 and folks across the country became acquainted with Cee Dub. As a result of the show, his first bookCee Dub's Dutch Oven and Other Camp Cookin', went into it's second printing with revisions reflecting recipes used that first season.
